My name is Diane Hecht, and my decades-long search for balance, peace and joy has led me to discover the extraordinary connection between the mind and body. Since physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness are fundamentally intertwined, it is important to include all of these aspects in order to gain awareness and realize holistic wellbeing. Through sharing my experience, learning and training, I can assist you in creating balance, experiencing more joy and improving the quality of your life.


Meditation is a simple thing to do for a few minutes each day to profoundly improve the quality of our lives.


Reiki is an ancient holistic energy method to restore the body, mind and spirit to its natural state of wellbeing.
